Refund policy

WHAT DO I DO IF MY CANDLE ARRIVES DAMAGED? 

We take special care in packaging your candles to protect them from possible damage during transit. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt, with a photo of the package and the broken candle, for either a refund or a replacement.

 CAN I RETURN MY CANDLE? 

We apologize, but we do not accept returns.
