HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
If your order has shipped, you should have received a shipping confirmation via email. (If you have not received a shipping confirmation, please check your spam folder.) If you are unable to find this information, please contact us.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY CANDLE?
Typically, we are able to ship out orders within 24 hours of the day they are placed. However, during the summer months, due to heat concerns, we only ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Once your package has shipped, based on your location, it may take an average of 4-7 days for your candle to arrive. However, please note, that during the holiday season, delays typically occur. You will receive an email with your tracking number, so you will be able to track your package as it makes its way to you.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We currently only ship within the 48 US Contiguous States. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii, Canada, or Internationally. All orders ship for the following flat rates.
One candle - $8.50 S&H
Two candles - $12.50 S&H
Three to Six candles - Free S&H
For orders of six or more candles, please contact us for a Shipping & Handling quote.
Local pickup with no shipping charge is also available at our Birmingham, Alabama location.
After you submit your order, an email confirmation will be sent to you. When your candles are shipped, a shipping notification will be sent to you which will include tracking information for your package.
Orders can be expected to arrive 4 - 7 business days after your order ships. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. All average shipping times assume no delays.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to any of these locations at this time.
